Shipping & Returns

About our handcrafted jewelry

All of the jewelry on our splendorthings.com website is handcrafted. This means each item is unique and may have slight variations from piece to piece. Also, many of our designs are limited in quantity and we may sell out of a particular design. We do our best to portray accurate colors, but due to the many variations in monitors and settings, we can not guarantee the colors you see on your screen are the exact colors of the item.

International orders

All international payments are handled through Paypal. The customer is responsible for all tariffs or taxes due to Customs. Please allow extra time for your package to arrive. Some international orders can be delayed due to Customs, so allow extra time for this possibility (occasionally 5-6 weeks). We reserve the right not to ship to all locations.

Payment

We use PayPal to process your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card. This is a safe, secure way of shopping that allows us to confirm payment and ship your jewelry as quickly as possible. You do not need a Paypal account to checkout.

RETURNS

All Splendorthings jewelry and gifts are made to order in Queens, NY. We don't stock any products, so the pieces you choose will be created just for you!

We guarantee the quality of your jewelry, and you may return the jewelry for repair at any time. In most cases, we provide this service free of charge. A charge may apply if a repair is needed due to negligence.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn items for exchange or store credit within 10 days of delivery. There is a $5 shipping charge for items to be exchanged.

Store credits will never expire. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn. Because the piece has been made for you, we are unable to offer cash refunds.

To initiate a return, please email returns@Splendorthings.com for a return authorization number, and let us know if you'd like an exchange or store credit.

Please return the jewelry in its original gift box, and please use a protective padded mailer or small box for shipping. Splendorthings Jewelry is not responsible for returned jewelry that is damaged or lost in transit; we strongly recommend adding a tracking number and/or insurance to your return package. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable.

We will notify you via email once your return has been process, normally within two business days of receipt.

Special orders are not returnable.
